About	This is a niche brewery -- and a very hot, exciting niche! Barrels. The basic lineup of beers here features base beers... The advanced lineup is those same beers aged in barrels. The barrels impart more complex flavors, along with slightly higher alcohol levels. The barrels vary from brandy to wine to whiskey to....whatever! Whatever suits the beer in question.
