About	This neighborhood-style brewery made an immediate impression upon opening in 2011, earning a Gold Medal at GABF within five months. That winning beer was the Mexican Chocolate Stout which was inspired by an ancient Aztec recipe for Mexican hot chocolate. The feeling here is comfortable -- more cafe than bar. Beers	The Bavarian Helles and Mexican Chocolate Stout are year-round standards, and every Saturday they rotate in new beers. Every Wednesday is a new cask release.
